WHY YOU CAN’T USE THE NAME ‘Rock ‘n’ Bowl’ OR ANY DERIVATIVE THEREOF FOR YOUR ROCK ‘n’ BOWL PROMOTIONS.

    John Blancher thinks bowling promotions involving music are a good thing. He believes that presenting bowling in a party atmosphere is great for the game’s image. And he asks only one favor of proprietors who stage such events: Don’t refer to the promotions as "Rock ‘N’ Bowl."
    Actually, Blancher doesn’t ask for that courtesy. He demands it. The demand also goes for any derivative or , including "rock and bowl," etc. Proprietors who ignore John Blancher’s admonition could find themselves in federal court, just as Don Carter’s All-Star Lanes and Wolfram Video did.
